Welcome to Burntwood Health & Well-Being Centre
We are a growing NHS surgery providing the highest standard of care to our patients from a dedicated team of clinical and administrative staff.
We welcome patient suggestions on how we can improve the practice, your care and the services we provide, including development of our website.
The practice has been operating on this site since opening in March 2009 we continue to grow and we are actively recruiting new patient registrations. We are currently registering patients from Burntwood, Norton Canes, Heath Hayes and surrounding areas within South Staffordshire.
We are an accredited Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre, which can be accessed by both registered and un-registered patients.
Access for Unregistered Patients - We have a limited number of acute appointments for unregistered patients who are unable to access an appointment with their own GP. These are for urgent on the day appointments only and require booking in advance. Details of how to book are on our appointments page.
Patient Participation Group involvement is a great way of you having your say in the development of the practice in a practical way and in development of new services. You will provide valuable feedback from your own experiences on existing health services operating in the area. The group meets quarterly at the practice on different days and times to enable everyone who is interested in attending the opportunity.
Following our CQC inspection on 14 December 2015, we are pleased to be able to share the report.
